Remember when women were property and the violent of suppression of serfs was all the rage amongst the aristocracy? Well, as it turns out, that time is now! Only now we hang the blood-stained proof of the consummated marriage on FB instead of out our bedroom window. 

Proof that this guy is a lousy lay who can’t properly arouse his new wife! Not everyone bleeds their first time. We might be looking at proof of virginity, menstruation blood, an STD, or Exhibit A.
